| My home purchasing experience with real estate agent Linda Oesterle was outstanding. No one could have asked for a better person who worked diligently and persevered to help me get the home that I wanted. Linda is a patient person. She did not limit the number of homes to look at, she did not rush you, and she did not try to persuade you to make a decision. When I was trying to recapture the layout or dynamics of a home we had seen earlier, without hesitation she would offer to return to the area. I felt no pressure or urgency to make a decision, just a willingness from her to help. Linda championed for me numerous times when amendments were required to be sent to the seller. She pushed hard for me to get the home that I wanted. She always kept me informed of the status and if she was unavailable, then Jo Shepard her team member, had full knowledge of what was going on. She has even left messages as late as 9:30 at night. Linda’s office is fifty miles from where I lived and she offered to provide transportation when I needed to get to a special meeting. She has gone out of her way to help me find and finalize a home purchase. Linda said to me that I was very patient throughout the ups and downs of this buying process, but what she failed to realize was I was patient because I felt confident I had the best agent working for me. I have great praise for Linda and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional agent who has a great attitude, who is compassionate and an expert in her field. | ||

| Linda was outstanding in every way. We could not have been happier with our buying experience. She was caring and understanding, extremely easy to work with, and she always made sure she took the time to explain things clearly. She also helped to make the most stressful parts of the process - price negotiations, and the contractor's inspection - go smoothly and positively, which is something we've never experienced before in previous home sales and purchases.
